MAN, which comprises nine manufacturing companies from across the region, has secured deals with companies involved in LED lighting, wind and solar power and alternative fuels in the last few months.
More than 50 jobs have been created among the companies after the flurry of wins.
Three MAN members have also begun work on the development of an alternative fuel source for a global technology business with help from advisory service MAS-WM.
It marks the largest project yet for the group, and is being spearheaded by members Advanced Chemical Etching and precision press worker Brandauer’s progression tooling capability.
The five original MAN members – Alucast, Barkley Plastics, Brandauer, FW Cables and Westley Engineering - have been joined by Advanced Chemical Etching, PP Electrical Systems, Wrekin Circuits and most recently SMT Developments.
